The question that every sane Russian is asking himself today...
Does he really have balls?
Can he play the game long enough to have a shot at actually winning and flip?
I give it a one in a million shot. No one wants to go to jail, especially when you are not 50 yet and have tens of Billions. But for a second think, what if he really had balls of steal?
